I don’t know what the problem is?But they should officialy announce about their problem and estimated time when will they online again.While there is no news on their website or through email.

As long as the server is down, Genius is not able to send a message to all their clients.

But you can still phone or make use of the online support.
I had several contacts with them this week, also today.

Genius is also sending messsages by Twitter, where you will be informed at the latest situation.

They are hoping to be back in the air at Friday.

What concerns me the most is that the Gov of Cyprus has issued an official warning on their website stating that the license Genius Funds has is a fake.

WARNING
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘the Commission’) wishes to inform the investors that the company ‘GENIUS INVESTMENTS (CYPRUS) LTD’:
1.Is not permitted to provide investment and ancillary services in the Republic, pursuant to Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law, as:
i.It has never been authorized by the Commission.
ii.?t is not a bank or a cooperative firm, established in the Republic and authorised to provide such services.
iii.No notification has been received by a competent authority of another Member State, pursuant to sections 77 and 80 of the abovementioned Law.
2.Is not regulated by the Commission and the authorisation with the number CIF 087/07, which the abovementioned company is alleged that it possesses, is fake.
The Commission urges investors, before conducting business with Investment Firms, to consult its Web Site (www.cysec.gov.cy/default_en.aspx) to confirm the entities that are authorised to provide investment services in the Republic.
Finally, the Commission informs the investors that the ‘Genius Funds’ are not also regulated by it.

I tried to contact Patricia who is Genius Funds Compliance Officer and her email bounced back to me. I contacted George at Genius Funds and his email came back with a standard autoresponder message.

I called their phone numbers. The one in Cyprus has been disconnected and the other one says, “Please contact our customer service department” and doesn’t allow you to leave a message.

Anyone have any insight into this? I am getting really nervous.
